My favorite thing to do when my friend John comes home is to take pictures. He is a master at editing and knowing what pose and background will make picture frame worthy. Even though we are sporting some serious faces in this shot, my outfit is definitely is on the kookier side. I mixed patterns like polka dots with bright colors like orange with different patterns like denim. Sometimes your outfit can show your true feelings.

I am all about layering, because I find the cold absolutely unbearable. With the sub-zero temperatures, I had to find some ways to stay toasty. This is something new I saw on instagram, layering a leather jacket with a fur vest. It looks like a new jacket, and who doesn't love that?

Tis The Season

When it comes to holiday dressing, most people go with glitter, velvet, or paid. I think it's just another opportunity to push limits. Here, I went with a typical plaid dress, but I added black and white, Saint Laurent esque, shoes for contrast. This made for a more head turning outfit without demanding too much attention.
