Recently, I was inspired by Jcrew's instagram. They had pictures of the set for their Spring 2013 photo shoot. They had an artist come in, and brushed a few strokes of colors that complemented each other, like pink and orange or jade and turquoise. I instantly fell in love. There was something so visually pleasing about the simple yet striking setting. I was restricted to limited supplies and a small dorm room, so I did this project on a smaller scale with water colors. I am quickly becoming more and more obsessed with modern art.
